Carb 101

Just ran across this article and thought it did a pretty good job explaining how carbs work.

Even though its generic its pretty much applicable to Amals. Couple of notes on an Amal ,the pilot screw controls airflow and the slide number references cut away in 1/16 of and inch, ie a #3 is 3/16 of an inch.
Hope this helps some one. It took me a while to figure this out.
