hey guys - I'm gonna regret asking this question. but can you make a sideline tank fit a slim line frame?? stupid me I bought the wrong tank!! expensive mistake! I suppose I could cut it and have it rewelded but that's gonna be more money eh?!

Alloy ?

Yes it can be made to fit but it kinda misses the benefit of the slimline frame. Personally I’d suggest selling it on and getting the correct tank.

If you talk to Russ (see answer to other thread) they have far superior ways of mounting tanks etc on featherbeds based on decades of racing experience (inc endurance racing).
