Hi folks,
Anybody have a way to remove the cam bushing from the left side case?
Tried heat and a couple of other things with no luck. Maybe there is a tool I can use?
Thanks,
Larry

I should have just left it alone.
Now I have to get it reamed since the bushings are too tight.
anybody know of a shop in the U.S. that can do this and the line boring
I now have to get done?
You'l have to search around for a shop that has the capability or send the cases out.
A few of us have fabricated jigs for this job but machining equipment and skills are needed. Not sure how you got it out, but a 15/16 tap is a good method.
Jim Comstock or Leo Goff might be the only sources in the USA and the situation is little different here so like Acadian I machined my own line reamer.
The same spiral flute reamer was used on swing arm bushes.
