As a world bar traveller detective type , my guess is Spain. The girl looks Spanish and she could be snacking on Tapas bar food. Kas is a beverage from Spain. XV Selecta is Spanish. Grimbergen is a Belgian Abbey beer. I would order the Grimbergen...

Now that is about the coolest tap I have ever seen! I showed the picture to my wife...she said she was surprised I haven't tried something like that in our bar.

Santander is the port you land at from the UK if travelling to the Picos De Europa, a fantastic area of mountains, few people, great food, trails and beautiful smooth tarmac, a great place to take any bike but preferably a Norton.
