Automatic Renewal of VIP Membership?

I've started to get advertising banners and I'm wondering whether my VIP membership had lapsed. I'd assumed it would renew automatically, but perhaps not, or have I missed ticking an auto renew box? I think I paid annually but perhaps I need to change to monthly.

Yours expires today and you should get an email or notice saying to renew by going to:

Previously, VIP member billing was done by my company billing website here: www.dev2host.com
I am in the process of migrating all VIP members to the new billing system here at accessnorton.com. The new billing system here is fully automated, so upon upgrading its instant VIP. All of your personal info will be removed from the old system. The new system is much easier to use and easier for me to manage.

Since you have found out what I am doing, I thought I had better mention it. I am only about 50% done with the user migration to this billing system and there will be a general notice later when I am finished.
