The food is not bad here 3 meals a day and always on time, i have even trained the tea ladies, 1 cup of tea is not enough so they give me 2 cups, even when i put in the days meal orders in i always ask for a bigger serve lol, but here only a big brekkie 3 mornings a week, other days its toast, oats or cerial more a light meal but this mornig had scrambled eggs with baked beans so full of zoom now after a big brekkie.
The weekends are very quiet here and boredom can get too you and being a long weekend have 3 days to find things to do.
Talking to another inmate who lost his leg on new years eve same as me but 1 year before me, he gave me good imfo about what will happen in the next few weeks with a new training leg and then a new full time leg, once messured up for a proper leg it only took 2 weeks to be made, so within a few months he had his new own titanim leg/foot and he is walking perfect with it. So hopefully will be soon i be back on 2 legs, my wife is on the phone with a friend they been chatting for about 2 hrs lol, she near back to normal lol, chew your ears off lol.
Well lunch is just about here only thing to look forward too 3 meals a day on time lol.

Hey Ash,
Are scrambled eggs and baked beans a staple breakfast in Oz or just your unique preference?😊 In any event, you are a most impressive fellow.

Laredo where I came from, I saw 118F as a kid, but ALWAYS 110F from March till December
-40F is the coldest I've experienced. At my snowmobile camp in Stratford, NH.
We got the sleds running, I took a steel casserole dish full of coals from the woodstove, rode them a mile to the trucks, propped it up touching the truck's oil pan. 20 mins it reluctantly started.
It was a big challenge, 8 sleds & four trucks to get going.

I think I was in 11F once, that's the coldest for me, and MORE than cold enough!

Nowt wrong with scrambled eggs n baked beans.

Add strong coffee and you’re sorted. Breakfast of champions 💪
Nothing wrong with the old baked beans with eggs, a good steak, on toast etc, they give you lots of energy and the best thing of all, they make you fart, lot of gas out your rear end lol, you could even live on them, but you prob won't have to many friends lol.

I had to explain to a lady a couple weeks ago, that, in the Man Kingdom, farting is FUN! 🥳😜🤣

Farting is a natural occuance, i don't understand why so many get upset when you let one go, better out than in, but then when they all keal over from the terriable stink that i seem to create (methame gas), i could run my Norton on it if i could bottle it lol.
Funny story, one day at work we were in the lift and next floor a group of people got in at the same time the doors closed i let a silent smelly one go, man did that stink and everyone were looking at each other before i said "who let that one go" with a straight face and me and my work mate got out at the next floor leaving a lovely oromar in the lift.
My work mate looked at me laughing and said "i know it was you and it fu cking stunk" even made my eyes water lol.

I'm delighted to see how much progress you have made since the terrible accident Ash. Regarding weather, we're in the middle of Winter here in Hong Kong and it has been so chilly this morning (17C) that I've been obliged to don a T-shirt for my morning walk to the beach!
