Anodizing Hub

After having rear hub bead blasted, was wondering if it
wouldnt get dirty and oxidized quickly. Of course it will,
so how about anodizing it? Anybody done this? How
about clear powder coating?

Yep once the old sapphire layer with the embedded crud in it removed, it's primed to start the dulling process even quicker. Clear anodize or powder coat makes the best long term gleam to me. Realize anything on top of the raw Al mirror will tend to cover some to the gleam, except maybe a good wax.

If I can find somebody to do a small job, think Id rather go with anodizing as
the layer is thinner, less bother in the spoke holes and less likely to
peel in time.
