I was wondering if anyone knows what the Alternator Stator Spacer Length is supposed to be Part # 06.0377. The stator is currently sitting well proud of the rotor and it doesn't seem quite right to me. I am thinking the spacer were replaced for some unknowing reason. Everything seems to function it just looks wrong.

Thanks

I don't know the spacer size, but the rotor is supposed to sit well within the stator - maybe 1/4"?

Thanks MARSHG. Mine would be all of 1/4" for sure.
I did find a length for them which is 0.5". I measured mine and that's what they are. I don't recall my mrk3 having so much offset but it has been a long time since I had that.

Check your stator moulding to chain clearance at the back, bet making it any smaller will give you issues so your spacers are the right length.
