Alloy master Cylinder cap, MK111?

You should be able to pick up new ones from suppliers. Walridge sold be one but it was for the pre MkIII. I am not sure if the two are compatible?

The thread form on the earlier alloy cap is different to the later plastic type so don't get an alloy cap unless it states it will definitely fit the later plastic cap type master cylinder or maybe get an alloy one made they are simple part if you have a lather or friendly local machine shop and the thread is not a close fit so its an easy job realy.

I had a plastic cap on an 850Mk2 master cylinder, when the original alloy cap got damaged.
Was a perfect simple swap.
This was back in the 1970s though - when possibly everything was made correctly to fit.
Still have it, if a photo would help anyone...

Likewise, I don't recall any problems with the later plastic cap on an earlier master cylinder.
Although this was some years back now.
That was all that was available as spares for a replacement cap back then.
And the opposite to what is being asked here..
