Alloy Barrel Won't Budge - 57 T100

Thanks for your interest Matt.
I will go to the "man cave" and measure up.
Here we go.....
Inlet 33.00mm (1.30" ) Exhaust 36.22 (1.425" ) (nothing special eh?)

Coated Pistons 2.475"
Bore D/S 2.483" T/S 2.482"

Strange coppery discolouration on head may need investigating.
Looks like poor run in technique is at fault causing excessive oil use.
cheers

1 1/4 " & 1 3/8 " in real money . probly good if thyre 1 in ports . No Risk of over reving it , anyway .

Though some'll whinge its not 25th century tecnology & theres ' better stuff now ' , The COPPER Colour is likely COPPER !

Copper Coat , Kopper Koat etc , Copper Graphite Anti Sieze PRESSURE SEALING Compond . This is good enogh for Triple D Cycles Tyrbo Tridents to set world speed records , so might be o.k. .

Theres Aerosol Copper Lacquer gasket Selant sprays , too .

Copper Coat on an anealed head gaskets resealable , even on composite gaskets, and particularly Exhaust Threads , and in diff's . Steam Pipe Gasket papers not bad too .

Lookin Good . Probly easiest power urge update is a spare intake overbored for a bigger ( 3 / 32 over ) carb , after you take the mufflers of . :D
