Advice on using Loctite on the allen bolts on my Mikuni 2 into 1 inlet manifold

The four Allen bolts do have lock washers but I do worry about the 2 inside Allen bolts coming loose and being sucked into the engine...

I am thinking to use Loctite 246 which is medium strength and operates up to 450 degrees before it lets go

Does anyone have any thoughts on the Loctite and what torque I should use to tighten the bolts?

I use red loctite on the inside bolts and no lockwashers. Perhaps 10 ft/lbs?

I drilled the two inside allen bolts, and tied them together with safety wire, kind of a tricky job, but it works well.

Fill the inside screw holes with silicone and just use the outside screws
