Coffee was passable thanks and if Andy with the ex racing Norton wants to join instead of lurking on the sidelines he is welcome!!! It was nice to meet up with some owners I hadn't met before and put faces to names I am only astounded by the wealth and depth of knowledge some of this forum have. Some of what was discussed was way above my humble pay grade so thats for the info.

Agreed GLB , pleasant setting in Epping Forest , classy two wheelers attending, few idiot boy racers attempting wheelies riding in shorts & Tshirts , No toilets at all on site which is puzzling for a cafe stop that’s been there for decades, anyway made up by the nice bikes & checkout that colour of that 961 from Fred Vincent , surely a one off

A lovely Sunbeam S7

As I walked back to the Station at Loughton I had a couple of chuckles. The first was a tiling company called “B. Patient“ :) I wondered if that name was good for business. Further down the road I spotted these two garden ornements dressed for the Queens Jubilee..

Then a bit further on I spotted a nice pub called “The Victoria Tavern” so to round off a very pleasant afternoon I popped in for a pint of “Neck Oil“ IPA.

Yep do it again and I'll be there on my commando with any luck

Hi all,

Yes, finally registered after a year or two of lurking...!!

Nice to meet you, also nice to get the bike out for the first time in a year or so. I have been running the 650 Dominator, and its been great, but I wanted to rotate and get some use on the 750 and shake out any little niggles. Has to be said- its not as nice a ride as a standard road bike when you need to consider things like traffic, junctions, lights etc...! But horses for courses and all that.

Yes, am very happy to meet again and look forward to meeting some more folk in real life!!

Cheers, nice to be here!
