Country flag
so the commando was running rough sometimes fantastic other times
went through all the usual earth carbs kill switch etc still no go so I removed the tri spark 5year old trispark
Rang Stephen from trispark and he ask me to post him the unit he would test it free of charge
I waited a couple of days hoping that Stephen would find a fault and I had resigned myself to buying a new unit
Yesterday in the mail I recieved a new updated tri spark and a phone call from Stephen ensuring on got the unit and guess what
The commando is singing again
Yes it would be nice if it never had a fault but after 5 years a free replacement unit was way more then I expected
well done trispark well done Stephen

It's great to know there are still poeple in this world that stand by their products, even after so long and putting the word out about these good poeple in business and it can only help them do even better.

Good on you for letting everyone know.

Mine was a few months under 3 years old when it died 2 weeks ago.
Matt at CNW sent me a new unit and mine is singing too.
Stephen is constantly trying to improve his product and wants to keep a good rep for a quality product.
Matt, if your reading this, the old unit is on it's way

I too have to agree with the previous posts as I too sent my Tri-spark unit to Steven for testing, after all my searching for all the usual suspects. He then sent me a replacement, no charge, Top Service, that which I HIGHLY RECOMEND!

Very glad the three of you not only got great treatment from Peter/Trispark but glad your bikes are singing too, just curious though as to how many miles you put on those units before problems started??? I will need to replace my aged (very aged) old Boyer system some day & the Trispark does look appealing. I guess even if they didn't live through many miles, the newer (improved) one may so possibly a moot point but still curious. Thanks, Glenn.

Mine was on for almost 3 years and around 15k miles.
I tend it ride where there is no cell reception. Luckly when it died I was in Sacramento and not out it the country like usual.

+1 on Trispark service , if the new unit is an improvement on the original , I will be a VERY happy customer .
