Yes they are, but the in/ex valve pockets are different.

We put the JSS pistons under the glass yesterday and saw that the clip grooves are indeed square-cut. So I will be ditching the "good for lawnmower" tang round wire clips and get the stainless eyelet c-clips as in the previous link.
