Hi.
I have to replace the clutch.
You suggest to change more than the 043192 five double side ferod plates also the 043193 one side ferod plate and the 040584 rear back plate for clutch?
Thank you.

you can get part numbers from the link below:

http://www.andover-norton.co.uk/SI%20Clutch.htm

Best prices I have found for clutch parts:

Be sure to check the shock absorber rubbers, and the shock absorber center (also called a spyder). Check splines on center hub for craters.

Use 7 ounces of Ford type F ATF rather than oil for chain lubricant.

Best way to seal chain case:

Bond large rubber to inner cover with oil proof adhesive or RTV. Let cure. Apply large bead of RTV on edge of rubber seal all around. Apply large bead of RTV all around shoulder of outer cover that mates with edge of rubber.
Apply thin coat of RTV on lower half of flange on outer cover. Then assemble outer cover. Do not tighten large nut more than two threads showing. Let cure 24 - 48 hours before adding ATF.

+1 with Slick on the plates from Andover Norton. While in there, I also did the Dyno Dave clutch rod seal installation as a bit of preventative maintenance after seeing a drop of red gear oil on the end of the rod when I pulled off the plates. Simple installation.

Hi and thank you.
I mean, but you suggest to change all the plates, or only the five double side ferod?.

Please,
The three springs of the clutch must be tight all to the end?
If so, the lever do not pulls.
Thank tou

Tighten the spring nuts until top of stud is flush with top of nut. Then pull lever and note if pressure plate comes off plates evenly. Adjust one or two nuts to make even. If clutch slips, tighten all three nuts one turn more.

I recommend Venhill 'Featherlight' clutch cable. The Atlas clutch can be very heavy pull. The 'Featherlight' cable reduces pull about 25%.

130cc - 150cc. If you can see the Oil through the drain hole, it's sufficient.

I use about 200 cc.

I fill with Ford type F auto transmission fluid (ATF) until oil just touches lower chain run (bike on center stand).
I slowly kick over and feel chain thru inspection hole. When my finger picks up oil, I stop filling.
