That's an N15 chassis & forks with front wheel woth several hunbdred dollars at least. The rest is mostly junk, although the cam cores are worth something. There are a bunch of rusty non-Norton parts there.
I e-mailed back and forth a few times and he's corrected the listing and split out the commando stuff, although it seems he's still perhaps overly ambitious on the price...
