So my 2015 machine which has travelled a mere 5,000 kms, has suffered a clutch basket failure. Thanks to LRCKen, I have a fix at hand with a friend turning up some new, slightly larger "rivets" and spacers that will be held in place with nuts, as opposed to being peened over.
My question here is driven by lack of response from the new owners of Norton. I am aware Norton offered an improved clutch and wonder what they did and what parts make up the improved kit? Further, I wonder if it's worth persevering with Norton or if I should just get on and finish off my mine with the new rivet/bolts and hope for the best.
Thanks people.
