Been looking, but not finding. The Berkley Springs area is attractive, but there are no places even close to what I want - it sure would be good for riding in the Summer there!Greg,
Try west virginia. Super cheap. Great riding. Not many building rules.

I heard that parts of W. Virginia are already considered DC suburbs.Greg,

You are right about Nova Scotia .Up here in Nova Scotia land is not that expensive , in rural areas you can do pretty much anything you want .... you be a rich man up here , plus there is a concerted effort by Gov. to boost immigration .... my wife’s Mom was born in Globe Az .... weather can test you but glorious summer/fall season , people go out of their way to be nice & respectful , lots of expats from around the world have chosen to live here , still just under 1 million in entire province , not all areas have HS internet , doubt you would choose to live that far out though .... prices vary for established homes on fringe of settlements but I know you would find what you looking for much less than elsewhere ..... plus you not far from your home territory .... just sayin ‘
