Great idea, quite busy in that area though. The switch gear housing and also the Atlas throttle clamp.

The JB was kind of an amusement.
This is not really a good application.

I had gone to the attic, and retrieved the non-heated throttle tube, and was going to install it.

JB Weld is right up there with gaffers tape.
I have patched holes underwater in steel walled duck blinds with JB Weld 2 part putty and years later the patch still holding.

The JBWeld worked for a short while (enough to get repair parts). Meanwhile I was able to find a heated grip kit for a T-Bird, that had the grip I needed. Properly repaired now.
