All OTHER evidence perhaps. This is evidence of a shift. It was not so long ago that Oxford and Cambridge banned all sorts of people from speaking. It was a shocking contradiction as these debating societies are probably the oldest ‘free speech’ institutions in the world.

But things are changing. Real debate is ‘allowed’ again. It is progress. Small and fragile perhaps, but progress nonetheless.

It is very encouraging indeed...sadly our country at present bans overseas reporters or speakers at the boarder

I finally found something good about all the gender crap! For 23 years, I've gone to the same grocery store. Until recently they had two identical restrooms, on labeled Men and one labelled Women - in both cases painted on the doors. Now there's a sticker over both of them saying "All Gender Restroom". For all those years, if the men's room was in use and the woman's room was not, I use the woman's room. The only difference in the two was that the women room was always dirtier!

Today I had a radiology appointment. Until recently, they had a fancy office building sign next to two identical restrooms - one said Men and the other said Women. They bought one more of each and next to the old men's they put a Men and a Women sign with men on top and next to the old woman's they put a Men and Women with the Women on top. Unfortunately, that probably won't cut in the current world even though they clearly tried to make both men and women happy - what about the other (how many are them now?) "genders"?

I used to hear old people say that they've loved too long and no longer belong - starting to understand that!
