Sadly it will end up a clone of every other large town, most of the small traders and shops that gave it character have long gone as the old premises got pulled down...
Still got the pier and that daft pirate ship, though.

I was on my Garelli Record cruising Southend lol, was a long way from Maldon for my moped.
