Spare Parts

Hi all.
Having trouble getting spares.
Live in Australia.
Distributor and Dealer Frasers claim they have limited spares and are not getting any more.
I have tried to contact Norton UK through their contact form but no response after two weeks and have just tried a second time.
Dose any one have a direct email or phone no for spares.
