That's basically what I was told when I broke the left one. When the right one got smashed and punched, I knew surgery would be necessary. Ortho doc said more and more they are repairing broken collarbones for better outcomes and quicker healing. My dad the retired Head of Internal Medicine said of my exploded collarbone, "it will heal fine as long as all the pieces are in the same room".
Bloke went to the doctor suffering the same symptoms, couldn't get a diagnosis.Sometimes a medical masseuse can work wonders.
I suffered from a pain in my wrist for about 5 months. Was told it was everything from bursitis to gout to hairline bone fracture to maligned cervical disc.
Two one hour sessions with a medical masseuse and it was gone.
I now see the guy every other week just to maintain wellness.
Slick
That’s a good thing. It’s easy for them to heal slightly misaligned, the shoulder area is a complicated area and a mild misalignment can cause issues with tendons etc. Well, it did with me !That's basically what I was told when I broke the left one. Sorry for your bug infection. Due to the big lockdown and shielding I've not been near anyone without a face mask, I've had no winter flu at all. I don't go into other people's homes anymore and don't invite anyone into mine, yep, I've become a right miserable old sod, ain't old age wonderful! Thanks for the info. I did read about not quitting the stuff cold turkey, not a good idea. So far I'm just taking 2/day, but I think they do make me feel strange, I think. Sometimes it's hard to tell if it's the age or the drugs. I see my GP this coming Wednesday, I'll talk to him about it. Can't say it's gotten rid of any pain, it just feels different.
Meantime, my wife's friend gave us all a horrible bug, sore throat, stuffy running nose for Easter dinner. Of the 5 people there, only my wife didn't get it. I'm about over it, but I still have crap coming out my nose, not much just enough to make me feel it in my sinuses.
