Hey
Has anyone know what the proper way is to crimp the oil line ferrules on the feed and return lines on the N15?
Is there a tool?
The old ones look to have been crimped with tool what leaves two extruded ears from a tool, similar to what you see on some fuel lines.
My fuel line tool will not handle this larger size.

Thanks

There are old tools out there for the larger oil pipe ferrules which do occasionally appear for sale. I just made my own up out of two blocks of suitable thickness steel clamped together and drilled the centre to the correct diameter. Then drilled and tapped the two halves together with 1/4" Allen screws so that they can be compressed over the ferrule and pipe. I have made a number of these in various diameters and they work extremely well.
