Fork damper 016606

I am looking for a sample of this damper, which was fitted to the G3LCS and G80CS during the years 1951-54 and also to the G2CS during 1960-62. If not for sale, I'd be happy obtaining dimensions only.
So far I know overall length is 10.5".
