Voodooo, I genuinely do not understand this mate?
This guy is super excited about his new Norton 961. He’s paid a price he’s happy with, got some nice inclusions, a two year warranty and access to factory support/spares. What are you gaining by trying to put him off, or seeding doubt - he’s bought it already!
Never mind us old farts that already own the 961, FB is where most guys are likely to go if they’re thinking about buying a Norton. Is your approach here helpful and justified.
We do want Norton to succed? We’re not talking about TVS (the banker) here, it’s Birmingham Norton and a bunch of British engineers, tradies and workers no doubt grafting their asses off to make a success out of Norton. If you can’t add value mate, then maybe just say nothing.
Genuinely not looking to get at you here, I would have PM‘d you but am pretty certain that would not have worked - just think you should stop, as a top contributor on the Norton FB site.

You can not handle someone else’s opinions except your own. Whether it’s TVS related, tank colors, tank straps, the price of a seat from TVS etc.
In fact, you can be down right opinionated and rude at times yourself. I’ve seen it on this website many times before. You have judged others on their choice of ideas and designs with members here.
It’s funny that In the past, I’ve PM’d you, only for you to read them and to ignore them. Yet here you claim that it would not have worked. You think that by posting my comments from the fb page that it would somehow cast another light on my views. I stand by my statement and TVS handles things the wrong way. You can disagree all you like. That’s fine.
My questions on the FB post were as I asked and said. I was curious if he owned a Donington 961 and if not, was it because of the known issues. I was curious if him purchasing a TVS 961 replaced a Donington 961 or if it was his first.
Why is it so difficult for TVS to post in detail of the said improvements they claim to of made. Instead, he had to make a phone call.
Once again, in my opinion Stephen, TVS sucks at sharing information.
If you were in the market to buy a new 961, knowing of all the issues the Donington 961 had, wouldn’t you want to know those tvs claims before spending your hard earned money?
Or would you just accept the lack of information and just make a one on one phone call.
