Who was it who flow bench tested their FA head?

I recall that one of you fine English gentlemen (but I do not recall which one) told me that you had your new FA head flow bench tested by a highly regarded flow expert somewhere in the UK (and he pronounced it to be near perfect).

Can one of you own up to this? I’d like to know who the flow expert was and whether or not he’d be prepared to dirty his workshop with a Triumph head!
