Who is doing Vincent 5" speedos these days? Preferably in the US.

Thanks.
Russ

Vintage British Cables is the company you want. They are not in the US but they are excellent.
They are located in Medicine Hat, Alberta.
They have a very large cache of N.O.S. Smiths Crono complete works and parts.
They put a complete new clockwork in a Chrono for me as the old one was very worn and broken in many places.
Not cheap but it works as new and will likely see me out!
Your strong US dollars will be effective in Canada.

Glen

Check out this ebay listing by Vintage British Cables. They list this 150 MPH speedo as for a Vincent. It looks like a 3"; was a 3", 150 MPH instrument ever offered by the Vincent works? Russ

I believe the Black Lightning speedo was a 3" 150 mph but it also had a gold or yellow numbering.
Correction, the 3" Lightning Speedo was 180 mph.
So to my knowledge, no there were no 3" 150 mph speedos used on Vincents.

Thanks Glen and Craig.
The gentleman who owns this Rapide has two Shadow clocks that are intact but need work. One is not too bad, but the other has faded number wheels. He may use this company.
