It sounds crazy good all through the range...they are original Dunstalls...some dings in em though :x

The video doesn't do it justice.

I'm not too much for running higher throttle when standing still...I will see if I can put something up tomorrow.
 
Its girly level silly to worry about 5000 rpm unloaded as till low stress and heat loads and way better for engine than at good idle. If your engine blows up somewhat over 5 grand just timing it > then way way better to find out at home. Anywho just pull up the ign curve for your particular ign unit and pick the rpm you want to check then see what the adv should be showing via the graph and hope that's what ya see by a time light. Of course its kind of hard to get a steady rpm what with the nerve wracking sounds so close so most practical down to earth way is just rev it up ^over^ 5K enough to make sure the full adv lands about where it should. A few layers of door mat or carpet folded up under center stand stifles the Commando floor dancing ways.
