I have repainted a mates late model 1982 T140ES
the paint came out pretty good, I tried to emulate the smoked red colour, by spraying black tinted silver over the base silver carefully to get nice clean symetrical highlights, then sprayed a Mandarin candy over the top followed by some more clear. But I am keen to learn any trick's anyone might have with Bing carbs on these bikes, I believe Grand Paul may have doen some Bing fettling? What is the base setting for the idle mixture. I have put in new BMW sourced diaphragms, and orings and float needles.
Cheers Richard
