Just tried to fit a peashooter , new from norton classifieds, however the mounting threads are M8 ??? Inserts required then. 5/16 unf ? Thanks in anticipation ! Roy.

Thanks for that. Will invest in some m8 mounts ! Who makes straight through peashooters with M8's ? Grief !! Roy.

My peashooters, like all the others I have seen, have no threads, just holes (5/16 or M8 - same) in the plates - so you can choose the rubber mount you want.
...or am I missing something?

Looks like I've got a non standard set up for mounting. Fits/works perfectly but off which other model ?? Not the first thing that has been found ! It's certainly not on andovers drawings. Mine is a mk3, Cheers Roy.

I'll get an rgm kit methinks. Keep it for upcoming Scottish autumnal crap ! Stuck in 5/16th unf inserts to take stock bobbin and bolt. I had the same professional fitment of earlier sidepanels emerge ! The plates have the same chamfer all round and are fully well chromed. Why ? I'll never know. I'll put them on until dark arrives after September. Thanks for your info. Appreciated, Roy. 🙂
