Newman camshafts

Anyone have any experience with Newman nitrided steel cams. Wear properties etc?

I've only read of other brands and engine cams nitrided then micro-polished for extended endurance. As Comstock had to create a bigger oil pump to make up for the zero oil pressure when he rifle drilled his cam, Peel's Norris D will be done this way soon w/o drilling.
