N15CS Rear Wheel build

Hi there, could some person supply the specs to build the rear wheel to please. I suspect there is no offset but what did the factory use as a centre point? Is an Atlas 18" rear wheel the same specs? I know the N15CS has thicker spokes! Thanks in advance.
