Can you tell I need some more funds if I'm going to get another bike? I need to clear some of this stuff out. I've been hauling it around for 20 years now.

Pair of Borriani rims on Triumph hubs. Best guess they hubs are about 1965-ish.

Some minor dings but what do you expect after 40+ years?

Also check out this tank. A Webco made by Clarke (not far from here). Also for a Triumph using the stock mounting.

Anyone want to venture a price? Or make an offer?

Borrani rims fetch good money on e-bay.

Those are early 60s Triumph hubs, nice that it's a matched set. Rear hub looks QD, but can't tell without seeing the hub through the spokes; if it's douple-fluted, it's QD. Could turn a basket case into a rool right quick...

What is good money?

Borranis on Ebay can be a bit of a confusion. They seem to be all over the place, but I have seen WM-2 19s go for 150 bucks and up. That's without hubs. I do not know how desirable or rare those hubs are and how that might affect price.

Do a search of completed sales...

Looks like about $150-200 for bare rims.

I was offered $250 for the pair and I thought that was too low. Aren't the brake/hubs worth at least $50 ea?

I wouldn't sell that pair for less than $400 + shipping if they were mine.

you could always put them on e-bay with the starting bid at the minimum value you believe them to be worth, that's what I typicaly do, no reserve.

Just curious...could those be laced to Commando drum brake hubs? The lacing pattern is a bit different.

The nipple dimples may or may not allow re-lacing onto different hubs. Sometimes, there's only one way to find out!

It's a 19/18 for one thing.

I suspect the front might be close, depending on the spoke configuration. Rear might be tricky.
