what oil should I use in my Mk3 primary? will I need to use 20/50 for the chain tensioner? or will automatic transmission fluid work also what quantity should I use 300ml as specified or can I lower the level without affecting the tensioner?

20/50 is best for the tensioner.

Where is "300ml" specified, (both the Mk3 workshop manual and rider's manual say "200cc")?

However, I just fill to the level plug (which is 350+ml/cc) with 20W/50.
