Thank You sir, for your kind words for my husband.
His death was sudden and quick.

We had taken his mom (96) and sister for a wonderful lunch at an Irish Pub!! Wonderful time and a great memory.
Again, Thank you.

PS: Please share the news with bike Groups. I have no idea how to reach out to all.

I was saddened to hear of John’s sudden passing. It seems he posted only last week.

John has been a knowledge goldmine ever since I joined the list, when my bikes and I seemed much younger. There seemed to be few topics he didn’t have an experience based answer to. He sourced hard to find parts for my ES2 restoration, enabling me to get it finished and was very easy to deal with.

I only new John through the list and by virtue of a few phone calls during my restoration, but I will miss his accurate, helpful and often terse inputs to this list.
