Hope For Us All?

'The system runs on bullshit, and if you have a victim's mindset, you will be a victim. My step-daughter believes she has to accept the jobs which are available. However I pointed out to her, that if she studied only one subject each week for two hours at night school, her perspective would be different. In this life, our achievements are only limited by our mindset. In Australia, our kids sweat over their year12 results, because the affects their entrance into university. They obviously believe a university degree will get them a better job. Because of my love of old motorcycles, I failed half of my Matriculation exams. So I got a job as a clerk and studied part-time. Because I did that, I got the BEST jobs. I only ever aplied for jobs in which I had a genuine interest in doing, and I only ever missed out on getting two.
When I work, I like to get paid, but I neverv worried about how much. There wa one job I had where I had a boss who was an overbeasring bully. He never knew, I would have done that job for zero salary.
