dear All, I need your help!
I would like to get a complete exhaust system to make a 750S. I usually purchase my parts from Andover, but I found that the same system is available for half price from RGM. Anyone experienced if there's any relevant difference? in the quality, in the finish, in the mounting..

Can't speak to the difference between AN and RGM, but be careful with what you wish. If you have a 71 or newer front end, you will risk fouling the front mudguard in the S pipes under hard braking. This can result in a lot of excitement during critical moments. The 69/70 S model had a smaller mudguard, shorter front stays, and a shorter bridge to accommodate only a 310-19 front tire. The S type exhaust system is also very short lived in the wear department.

thank you: my bike is 1970 so it should work ok..

I have a s type exhaust system and you need to be careful on installation , you must ensure that when you fully tighten the roses at the head you put a temporary packer say about 6mm between the lower pipe and the primary case as the action of tightening this left side pipe forces it to sit on the primary case !,you do not want that , also this same pipe can clash with the rear iso mount nut !, i cut this nut in half , i speak from bitter experience as three times mine has cracked where it enters the head , (left pipe only), and yes the front can clash under heavy braking but this has not caused problems for me,
they do look good though , good luck, Colin

Go for Andover parts! I had some other aftermarket headers on my "S" and already used up tow left hand side headers which broke right after the exhaust rose nut. So I bought an Andover header which lasts until now. It also shows no chrome discolouration. The right one is still the aftermarket one and shows all colours of the rainbow. People aks me if I have a carb tuning problem..
No matter how I mounted the pipes they always eat into the left hand side cover destroying the metalflake paint job.

Lorenzo,
You can easily check for a 70 front guard. Measure the distance from the guard to the bottom edge of the bridge. If it's 4" you're fine if it's more, it's been replaced with a newer most likely larger guard. But then it seems that some deal with the fouling too.

it is my understanding that the S front guard will not clear a 4.10 tire, a 3.60 will.

I currently run a 90/90-19 Avon roadrunner front tire on my 69/70 '"S", but previously used the Dunlop 3.60x19, so I can confirm the tire size. Both fit fine, but I wouldn't want them any bigger. I am fairly confident the 4.10 is a no-go.

Note: I converted to roadster pipes in about '74 due to constant cracking problems on the upper bracket, broken baffles in both mufflers, burned legs, pipe positioning issues mentioned above, and (at least when I was in high school) I thought the roadster pipes looked better. I doubt I will go back, but have considered it on occasion. I may do it once I don't ride it anymore.
