Can anyone give me a link to a brake lever for my Triton? I have average hands but it is still a big reach to the lever :(. Suggestions welcome!

You can reduce the span with a chain spring link around the lever bracket, or something else that fits.

If you have a Norton front brake, it should work better if your lever has 7/8" pivot centres.

TT, not sure I understand what you mean re chain link....

7/8" pivot centre?

I mean something to stop the lever returning all the way when you let it go. Some of us used to clip the link on, around the narrow part of the bracket, between the handlbar and where the cable adjuster is. Not elegant.

There are two main types of lever on old Brit bikes. Inch and a sixteenth from lever pivot to cable nipple

and 7/8" from lever pivot to cable nipple.

It makes a big difference to leverage.
