I don't like the pedal height of the rear disc brake. It is too high and because of this I have a tendance to ride with my foot to the side of it instead of on it. I'd like to lower it a bit so it doesn't feel like the brake light is on when I ride. It looks to me like the adjustment can be made with this bolt and nut.

As you can see someone marked the setting in red. I'm not sure how to adjust this if it is even possible. The books I have doesn't mention it. Do you thread the rod further into the MS or the lever? ...or don't touch it, because it is not adjustable.

Loosen only the locknut at the pedal clevis, and turn the entire threaded rod with two locknuts INTO the pedal. That will lower it.

Do not attempt brake lever adjustment by unlocking those two nuts marked in red as they are pre-set to limit piston over-travel, and in any case it woudn't affect lever height.

To adjust pedal height, unlock the nut (shown in your photo just ahead of the two locked nuts) on the [Edit] 066265 clevis, and then turn the rod to adjust the pedal.
