From your first post in the thread:" The serial number on the engine is P11/121 281"
The skimmed wheel should be the proper one for the bike. Did you get the brake plate and shoes as well?

Shoes, levers, backing plate, axle, and spacers. Laced on a correct rim. 8)

Good to go. 8) The hard part is over. Most of the other bits are available. Also check out Andover Norton.
They have picked up an interest in the P11 and are supplying some parts as well.
