Replacement spokes ‘74

Anyone know where one can buy a single outside replacement spoke and nipple for a ‘74 rear wheel? The spoke set I have are nearly new except for 1 stripped spoke. Really a shame to buy a complete set for one spoke. Thanks

Only had one place local to me, stopped buy but they were no help. Recommend that I just buy a new set. Could do that, just a shame. Not alot of people around anymore doing this kind of work. On a positive note I got the bike out on the road for the first time yesterday.

How far are you from Annandale? I have spokes but trying to guess exactly what gauge, thread, and nipple size is not possible.

Appreciate the offer. Waze says Im 107 miles from annandale. If I cant find anything I might take you up, need to convince my wife she needs to go that way for some reason.
 
Measure the length and diameter and I could.send you one. Might take a while from NZ tho. Probably quicker from Greg. ;-)
 
Are they original spokes or are they replacement? Not all spokes manufacturers make their spokes the same. Best measure the one that you are replacing and talk to a shop like Buchanan's that makes spokes to get one that is the correct specifications and material.

Walridge does sell single spokes and nipples, but they are limited to what they have on hand. They buy the majority of their spokes from Central Wheel in the UK.
