I have a numbers matching partly rebuilt 1972 Combat that would good for export outside the US. Look here for a picture and explanation: https://www.gregmarsh.com/MC/Norton/Combat5.aspx.
This could go as is, or I could finish it. It does not have a title which is why it might be good for export. If you want me to finish it, I rebuild, not restore bikes. The are beautiful when I'm done. I will make upgrades as you desire and you choose the color but from Norton standards.
If you are in the US and want it for parts, I can do that too. It consists of a lot of expensive parts! For instance, correct chrome fenders. The engine has been fully rebuilt - but I do not trust it - you either needs to take it apart and make sure it's right, or have me do it.
I have another that was built as a Long Range Fastback. In shipment it go a small dent in the side of the otherwise beautiful tank. I'm happy to discuss this one too. It does have a title but has new crankcases without an number - otherwise, it's matching numbers. I also have two 850 basket cases - one matching numbers and one bitsa.
Call, write, or PM me.
