Wow... really impressed...

Got home last night and it was Christmas again... there was a parcel from Mr Schmidt waiting for me... I unwrapped to find superb, and very light, forged pistons. Gorgeous Carrillo conrods. Superb stage 1 cam kit with BSA followers. And nice beehive valve spring kit.
I actually thought the pistons were wrong when I unwrapped them, they looked so small, and, frankly, modern. I thought they were for a modern superpsorts bike!
Obviously I haven't fitted any of it yet, let alone run it, but based on what everything looks like, I am very, very impressed. It's almost a shame to hide them away inside the engine... almost!

Obviously your going to post a video of it running when all these bits are in place along with a commentary on its performance!?

Santa came later this year...how about high- temp ,tempered, clear-glass barrels, head and cases too ? Clearly the next step.

Can't wait to see the bike running with the new gear.
