Who could I get to go over my carbs?

I bought my 74 running just one of the original Amals. The previous owner gave me the other carb, manifold and air cleaner in case I wanted to switch back to duals.
Is there a business somewhere I could send these carbs to so they could be looked at to make sure all is well and the jetting is correct, etc. if I wanted to go back to two carbs? I don't know if the extra carb is complete or missing components. I just don't know enough about them. Of course, I would pay a fair price for the service and hoping I can get a recommendation. Thanks.
