Quite a few years ago I modified my brake master cyl to 12mm and made up a new piston.
I went to order some spares from the brake outlet I bought them from and they said they couldn't get them any more. I asked around and was told they are not available but new one's could be made that were a lot harder and would require a stronger return spring,. 1/2 inch seals are still available. Bugger.

Master cyl bore size is 12mm
need front seal to fit on piston groove diam is 5.25mm x 3.8mm wide

and rear seal to fit piston groove diam is 7.5mm and width is 4.2mm

Does anyone know where I can get 2 of each for spares. [ just in case ]

You want hydraulic seals. It is a hydraulically activated brake.

I just went through some KTM 85 brakes. Rear master was 12mm. I think a lot of dirtbikes use 12mm. Don't know ID or width of the seals.

I have sent out a few emails to suppliers of bremo brakes and one reply was from a dealer who is no longer an agent.

Hi Needing. Hydraulic meaning rams, power steering and heavy equipment Hydraulic equipment seals. I sent an email to them as well so lets wait nd see what happens. Many thanks for the suggestion. It looks like some of the12mm rear brake master cyls Kits [ including pistons ] on Ducati's or KTM's might be adapted easily. Be good if that its the case because the 12mm is a very good brake. Sure you can bring the lever back to touch the hand grip but by that time you have locked up the front wheel. { I know ]
