I have no spark at the plugs - well kinda. This 73 is operating with a Boyer. Very reliable for 25 years on the bike.
I have no spark when I pull the plugs out and lay them on the head. HOWEVER, when I turn the key (aftermarket ignition switch) I get a single spark when the key is turned on or off. Additionally, when I press the KILL SWITCH the spark plugs give a spark. But when I kick the bike - no spark.
How do I hotwire the key out to test AND can I run the white wire from the boyer/coils right to the wire wire from the headlight cup/igniton together or will this hurt the Boyer?
