vibroation meter and carb tuning.

Reading thro this new topic of crank balance and virbration devices, would is make sence to balance and set tick over using such a device?
I assume even balanced firing will be at is lowest vibes when the carbs are correct..comments?

A good vibration tester should be able to pick up the sounds or vibes for differing combustion mixtures for power hits or incomplete combustion but not likely better than direct vacuum meters/tubes or tach needle and seat of pant and ears. Its possible to get best mixture in both carbs but still run rough d/t plugs or coking or valve sealing. If we had big enough data base on common ph's or such, we could build up data base for diagnostics and predictive maintenance.
