Here are some of the weights for valve train parts I have accumulated.
Valves:
Stock Norton intake valve >> 68.4g<<
Black Diamond intake valve >> 65.5g<<
Tensilite Ti intake 7mm >> 43.2g<<
Lifters:
stock lifter >> 77.1g<<
BSA lifter >> 38.1g<<
Spring retainers:
stock retainer >>17g<<
R&D Ti retainer >>7.3g<<
KBPM 10 degree aluminum retainer >>8g<<
JS beehive retainer>>4.5g<<
Pushrods:
Starting at the left is the stock intake pushrod at >> 32.8g<<
Next is the Maney steel rod at >> 44.6g<<
Third is a custom aluminum rod with steel ends at >>28.4g<<
The next two are like the girls mamma warned you about
Fourth is the all aluminum performance pushrod at >>20.5g << [buy lots- you will need them]
Last is the pattern- not quite OEM pushrod at >>46.7g<< [it may not bend but the unhardened ends don't last long]
