Valve rockers lubrication

More than enough hose size as head flow very restricted in path along rocker shafts. If ordinary use maybe up to 3 gallons an hour expelled through head near 6000 rpm. So if hose can flow over 4 gallon an hour of hot thin pressurized oil then go for it.

I have a friend who converted his Commando rocker feeds to -3 stainless braided hose and AN fittings. It's his race bike, and has worked well for several years that way. It's a little more bulky at the fittings than the original banjos, but there aren't any clearance issues with it. It's a bit of overkill, but works fine.

Just be aware SS braid even in narrow off the shelf version has some issue to route and keep it clear of sawing into wires or other parts it touches and any clear protective covering tends to collect oil and heat stains over time. Still the brake hoses come in variety of colors and would be a treat to see as highlighted feature. If ya could route through an oil cooler would actually be some improvement over factory feed.

True nuff, Steve. Best solution I've found is to make wire standoffs holding rubber grommets at critical locations to prevent rubbing. It's a PITA, but they do look good.
